Hit The Hay Farm

Hit The Hay Farm offers all-natural, non-GMO grass-finished beef. Our cattle graze all summer on the Grand Mesa and we finish them out on diverse cover crops north of Fruita in the fall for full flavored, healthy beef. We take orders year around and offer whole, half, and quarters for sale.

Mountain Valley Seasonings

Mountain Valley Seasonings is committed to creating clean, affordable seasonings. Our products will never contain: MSG, Sulfites, Chemical Additives, Artificial Preservatives or Colors, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Eggs, Soy, Wheat, Barley, Rye or Milk products. You will never see the words “spices”, “color”, or “natural or artificial flavors” in our ingredients. They are naturally gluten-free, however, are not laboratory tested. Each blend is hand-mixed in stainless steel and we go to great lengths to avoid cross-contamination of ingredients. We strive to be highly transparent, empowering you with the freedom to choose for yourself what is acceptable for you to consume.

Preserving Techniques provides hands-on learning for food preservation, fermentation, food crafting and domestic arts in an in-home small group setting. Classes provide skills you can use in your own home creating fun, healthy and tasty things for family and friends to enjoy.
