2021 CSA DETAILS

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a farm model that allows people to be more directly involved with their food choices.  You essentially become a member of the farm by paying for a share of the farm's production prior to each growing season. Your investment as a member provides early capital to buy the seeds, supplies, equipment, and other inputs we need for the growing season without waiting until harvest to generate revenue. Then, you get a share of what is harvested each week during the season.

CSA members receive a share of the produce from the farm while also sharing in the risk of crop failure or pest or disease problems with the farm. Members realize that a refund will not be issued in the event that no crops are harvested. We do our best to manage problems with proper planning, interventions, and an integrated pest management strategy. In addition to the financial support each season, we enjoy a long-term relationship with our members, and look forward to members renewing their memberships each year.

2022 CSA SHARE PICK-UP

Saturday, 10am - Noon
Market-style pick up at the farm

We believe direct pick up at the farm is the best way to get your share. It allows you not only to watch the farm grow throughout the season, but it allows you to pick what is in your share so that it best fits your tastes.

If Saturday market-style at the farm isn’t convenient for you, we do offer pre-boxed shares for an additional charge (for the season) of $50 for full share and $25 for half share.

Pre-boxed share pick up locations include:

  • Wed evenings in the Redlands or in Fruita

  • Fri evenings downtown or at the farm

  • Sat mornings at the farm.

Details of those pickup locations available upon request.
